Great value little project – 1998 Porsche 911 (996 Gen 1) Carrera 2. This early throttle cable model benefits from the larger dual-row IMS bearing and remains completely factory standard. Finished in the rare and striking combination of Arena Red with Savannah leather, this car has had just one previous keeper, with the last owner keeping it for 17 years. It has been dry stored since 2011, preserving its originality. Factory specification includes a UK-market C16 designation, limited-slip differential, ABD active brake differential, headlight washers, 18-inch Turbo Look alloy wheels, auto heat control, HiFi sound system, sunroof, and a Porsche CDR radio. MOT tested last month with the only advisory being slightly weakened rear brake discs.
