Registered on 24th September 2008 so one of the last of S2000's produced. Ultra low mileage. Full Service History. Rare Colour. Cherished example in A1 Condition Production of the S2000 began in 1999 and spanned 10 years. Created to celebrate Honda's 50th Anniversary. Based upon Honda's 'X-bone' frame, lighter and stronger than its contemporaries allowing the engine to be situated in behind the front axle hence the 50:50 weight distribution. The engine is the undisputed heart and soul of the S2000. The F20C power unit is a masterpiece - aluminium block and head, dual overhead cams, forged pistons, fibre reinforced cylinder liners, forged crankshafts and a VTEC system for both intake and exhaust camshaft. The result - a famously reliable 2.0 litre that loves to be revved all the way to the screaming 8300 rpm redline, unleashing the full 240 PS (which incidentally lent this power unit the title of 'Worlds most powerful naturally aspirated engine bhp / litre'.)
