Rivals have come and gone with varying degrees of success but not much has come close to making the Focus anything other than the most easily recommendable medium-sized family hatchback. Featuring its 'kinetic' design theme, the idea is that the car looks like it's moving even when standing still, thanks to a series of creases and lines that emerge from and meld back into the body at various points down its length. Frozen White is a colour that really suits the car and it stands on 18"alloy wheels with tinted glass, a large vented rear spoiler and sport bodystyling to complete the sharp exterior. The 2-tone sports seats are clean and supportive - it's certainly been well looked after and for the year, has very reasonable mileage at just over 98,000 and this is backed up with comprehensive service history. The car has navigation, air conditioning, Bluetooth connectivity with voice control, rear parking sensors and a multi-function steering wheel. The Focus is a highly economical choice
