Ford Fiesta 1.6 XR2 finished in Sunburst Red with grey cloth-trimmed interior with contrasting blue and red detailing on the seat faces and door cards. Having only 2 owners this iconic Ford hot hatch was rescued by us after being stored in a garage on the south coast for 20 years, We have conducted some light cosmetic restoration with some panels being re-painted all 4 13'' pepperpot alloys undergoing complete professional refurbishment and 4 brand-new Yokohama tyres. Mechanical restoration that has been conducted as part of the preparation is as follows. Oil/filter change, Spark Plugs & HT Leads, Cambelt & Water Pump, Alternator, Distributor Cap & Rota Arm, New Fuel Tank & Sender Unit, Master Cylinder, Brake Lines, Rear Brake Cylinders & Flexi Hoses, Carburettor Rebuild. To list but a few. We have also MOT'ed this drivable classic - Expires 28/02/2026. Now this iconic 80's XR2 Ford Fiesta is not a complete rebuild but is a useable classic and could well be an ongoing project whilst still being able to drive this nostalgic 80's Hothatch.
