Its been quite some time since we had the last MK1, as good ones are becoming scarcer. This one however, is as good you you will find. Just 1 previous owner from new until 2020. Originally ordered new at Northfield Audi on 14th July 1999. The factory options requested were;, Metallic Paint, Bose, CD Changer along with 514 dealer options of a Tracker and Subscription, bringing the total on the road cost to 30,140. We have the original price list, order form and correspondence from Northfield Audi including a letter confirming that Northfield Audi will cover the cost of the Metallic Paint. The letter dated 12th May also includes an updated order form with a new on the road price of 30,320. Audi must have increased the price of the car between the order date and the car being built. These cars back in 2000 were extremely desirable, and often selling over list price on the used market due to huge demand, so the original owner would have had no choice but to accept. The photographs speak volumes, but the car really does need to be viewed in the metal to be fully appreciated. It comes with a fully stamped service book, and from what we can see - every invoice since new.
