The name 'Brera' appears to come from the Brera district of Milan, which is known for being an artistic area and is sometimes referred to as the 'Milanese Montmartre'. Manufactured by Pininfarina and marketed by Alfa Romeo as a 2+2 coupé, the Brera was available with 3 different engines.
