This E28 Generation 1982 Alpina TWR 3.5 is an exceptionally rare modern classic sports saloon converted in period by racing outfit Tom Walkinshaw Racing which held the UK franchise prior to Sytner. It is powered by a naturally aspirated 3.5-litre straight-six, delivering around 240bhp and 236lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels. Prior to Sytner’s involvement with Alpina, the German tuner’s franchise holder in the UK was Tom Walkinshaw Racing.
