The Quattroporte has changed the face of luxury saloons. Although it may be missed at first glance, the Italian firm has included quite a bit of innovation in this top notch vehicle. It has been sought out by business people looking for a car capable of embarking on long journeys without sacrificing comfort and exclusiveness.
The Quattroporte proves that it is more than capable of meeting these demands, boasting a maximum range of 280 miles. Though it is quite heavy weighing in at more than 1800kg, the impressive 400bhp makes it possible for the rear wheel drive car to reach 0-60 in just 4.9 seconds and boasts a top speed of 171mph. This aside, the fuel economy will suffer dramatically due to its hefty size.
The Maserati Quattroporte interior is elegant with leather and wood effect around the steering wheel and leather seats. The car has a long, wide body design and a low ride height. The length and width of the car gives extra space to the passengers. When pushed to its limits, the car’s electronics reconfigure the car’s settings. The gears will shift more quickly and the suspension will stiffen thanks to the intuitive Skyhook software.
