 Practicality 3.5/5
Mitsubishi Lancer
Mitsubishi Lancer
The Mitsubishi Lancer provides excellent value for money, but fuel costs and insurance rates will be high. The engine will require super-unleaded fuel.

The Lancer provides adequate passenger space for five with good head and legroom. The car’s boot is spacious and can carry quite a bit of luggage and other large cargo items.

The Mitsubishi Lancer controls and dials are easy to use and functional. The car’s rev counter is centrally placed with the speedometer to the left. This makes it a tiny bit difficult to read but doesn’t pose a huge problem.

Despite the good levels of performance being offered by the Lancer, comfort levels are still high. The front seats provide good support and are extremely comfortable. The rear bench is comfortable but not as nice as the front seats.

The Mitsubishi Lancer front seats can be more difficult to access due to the heavily bolstered seats being more difficult to sit down in. The rear seats are much easier to access and shouldn’t be problematic at all.

Parking the Lancer is not difficult but the rear wing does limit visibility. The car’s large door mirrors help out a lot when it comes to parking. The cars alloy wheels are easy to kerb so drivers must be careful when parking.

 Life Style 3.5/5
Mitsubishi Lancer
Mitsubishi Lancer
Drivers will be attracted to the performance aspect of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. The highly developed 2.0-litre engine delivers great power and torque. The car is really flexible and docile when driven at low speeds. The six-speed gearbox is smooth, and the four-wheel drive system is easy to operate and functional.

This would be a good family car with a good deal of practicality. With all the space and practicality on offer as a family car it is also fast and as capable as many supercars. Some families may find the ride harsh but for the most part the car is more than capable of performing family duties.

Mitsubishi Lancer is likely to be far too expensive for most first time car buyers. The car also offers a lot of performance and may prove to be too much for a novice driver. The car can also prove to be tricky to park. More suitable cars are available for newly licensed drivers.

The Lancer interior design is neat and tidy, but some of the cain materials com across as cheap. Even the lesser quality materials seem rugged and durable. The Evolution badge commands respect with performance enthusiasts. The overall quality of the car gives the impression of a well built car.
