 Practicality 3/5
Hyundai Accent
Hyundai Accent
The Accent is an inexpensive car to purchase, and run. It comes with a great warranty and provides exceptional reliability. The car’s resale value will depend on whether its warranty has expired or not. After the warranty resale values will be low.

The Hyundai Accent cabin is spacious and provides plenty of room for front and rear passengers. The car’s boot is spacious as well and the rear seats have a 60/40 split and fold down to increase the car’s cargo carrying capacity.

The Accent’s controls are well placed and practical. They seem to be behind the times about a decade or so. Anyone who has a phobia of technology will love the Accent. It is a no frills ride. The cabin materials are not of the highest quality but they are not of the lowest either.

The Hyundai Accent steering-wheel adjusts for reach but not height. The Accent provides a relatively comfortable ride without many creature comforts. Space is good in the front and rear and four adult passengers fit easily.

Accessibility to the Hyundai Accent cabin is good for front and rear passengers and should not pose any problems. The car’s boot is easily accessible as well. The tailgate is light and easy to open.

Parking the Accent is not as easy as it looks. Steering is heavy at low speeds and can make parking somewhat difficult. The car’s side mirrors are small and makes it difficult to judge where the boot ends.

 Life Style 2.5/5
Hyundai Accent
Hyundai Accent
The Hyundai Accent was not designed to provide a fast or exciting driving experience. It was developed with practicality in mind. The car caters to lower budget buyers and uses less expensive materials to create a reliable mode of transport.

The Access is not really seen as a family car by UK standards, but it does provide some functionality as a family car. It has plenty of front and rear cabin space to accommodate a small family. It has decent boot space available for carrying packages, provides seat trays, and comes with durable and bright upholstery.

The Accent would make a good first car. It is reliable and dependable and comes with a great warranty. On the other hand, not many new drivers will find the Accent to be stylish. If budget is an issue then the Accent may be the perfect car for you.

The Accent may be the beginning of the end of Hyundai’s budget car line. Hyundai has produced several more upscale models recently, and it may be a sign that the company is beginning to adopt a new attitude and adjusting their marketing strategies in order to compete on a different level.
