TVR T400
The TVR T400 is a unique and amazing looking sports car. The TVR T400’s performance is not easily matched. The T-400 is capable of producing 440bhp with the phenomenal mechanicals wrapped in a lightweight fibreglass body.
The T 400 is an impressive introduction from TVR. The T400 also comes in coupe form and sports a 4.0-litre engine with a six speed manual gearbox. The TVR-T400 comes with rear-wheel drive.
The T400 scores an insurance rating of 20 which shouldn’t come as a surprise to most buyers. The car’s two year unlimited mile warranty may help to set minds at ease. The T400 runs on unleaded fuel and will be thirstier when driven hard.
The TVR T400 comes standard with power steering but should only be driven by experienced drivers. The T400 comes optional with a choice of metallic paints. Metallic colours may help to keep resale values high. Not that buyers will have any trouble finding takers when it comes time to sell. The TVR T400 is an impressive automobile in both looks and performance.

The TVR T400 will be an expensive car to run and purchase. Insurance rates and fuel expenses will run high as well. The T400 was not designed for buyers on a budget. TVR does offer a two-year unlimited miles warranty that might help to offset costs a bit.
The TVR T400 is a two-seater in true sports car form. The T400 provides adequate passenger space for both driver and passenger. Head and legroom are good and getting comfortable shouldn’t be a problem.
The TVR’s cabin boasts a clear and uncluttered layout. The controls and knobs feel sturdy and of a good quality. The TVR T400 comes with electric front windows and mirrors.
The T400’s seats are firm and supportive but not too firm. The leather seats give the cabin an overall quality feel and help add to the charm of the T400. Once inside the cabin it is difficult not to be impressed the TVR was designed for performance but hasn’t totally overlooked comfort.
Parking the T400 can be somewhat of a challenge. It is difficult to judge the car’s extremities and the low drive position doesn’t help with visibility. The TVR is designed more for an avid driver with experience driving and parking.

The TVR delivers an excellent driving experience. The T400’s 4.0-litre six cylinder engine does not disappoint. The T400 delivers a ride that buyers have come to expect from TVR. The T400 provides more than adequate power to satisfy even the most enthusiastic driver.
The T400 is not a family car in any sense of the word. It is too small, too powerful and too costly for what most family buyers are looking for. The TVR T400 also lacks adequate storage space to accommodate a family lifestyle.
The TVR T400 is also not a good first car. Although, most new drivers would probably love to own one; it is too powerful, too expensive, and not a practical first car. Even novice drivers who could afford it should stick with something easier to drive with less available power.
The T400 will do much to uphold the TVR image. It is beautiful, powerful, and comes with a high asking price. The T400 is a very impressive sports car with a sound build quality.

The TVR T400 comes standard with central locking, an engine immobilizer, and a security alarm. Given the T400’s kerb appeal buyers may want to add a visual deterrent and a tracking device. A good secure locked garage is probably not a bad idea either.
The T400 does not include much in the way of safety kit. Given the car’s performance level airbags would do more harm than good.

The TVR T400’s standard audio unit includes a radio/CD player with RDS. A Satellite Navigation system is offered as a cost option. The standard unit produces good sound quality even when the car is being driven hard.
The T400 also comes standard with alloy wheels, power steering, leather seats, electric windows and mirrors, and air conditioning. Metallic paint is available as a cost option.
