Kia Car Reviews
KIA Cars
Founded in 1944 as Kyungsung Precision Industry, a steel tubing and bicycle parts manufacturer, Kia is South Korea's oldest car company. The name was changed to Kia, meaning "rising out of Asia" in 1952. As well as being one of the fastest growing car companies in the world, they also have the distinction of being the first South Korean automaker to produce the first internal combustion engine and the first to produce a passenger car.In October of 1998 Kia was bought out by Hyundai Business Group with the buy out being complete by March of the following year. That same year they were once again profitable and become one of the biggest turn around stories in recent years. Since then Kia has consistently put out vehicles that have won awards for safety, fuel efficiency, and consumer favorites while sales have continued to increase. Kia is so confident with their products that they will be offering one of the best warranties in the business. Their new Bravo will have a seven year, 150,000 kilometer bumper to bumper warranty that is fully transferable and an additional two years on the drive train. Best of all, the warranty is free. This is an amazing show of confidence.
