Quality First and Foremost
You can select each individual lead you want to purchase, so you're not paying for irrelevant leads and can choose the ones that you actually want.
As the system is 'real-time', you can pick up leads as soon as they arrive - meaning that you can get in touch with the customer whilst they are still a hot lead.
Customer Information
When you log in to the lead administration system, you will see the following information about each lead:
General Information
- Make
- Model
- Customer Location
- Customer Surname
Purchase Details
- Part-exchange required or not
- Purchase route (cash, loan, PCP, lease, etc.)
- When they want to buy (ASAP, less than a month, 1-3 months, over 3 months)
Lead Value
- Price to buy as a 'Shared' lead
- Price to buy as an 'Exclusive' lead
- Age of lead (in minutes/hours/days)
Exclusive or Shared Leads
When a customer sends in a lead and it drop into the system, you can choose to purchase the lead in one of two ways. One is as an exclusive lead, where as soon as it's purchased no other dealer can obtain the lead and it's all yours. The other way is to purchase the lead on a shared basis. A shared lead can be purchased by up to three dealers, all of whom will receive the customer's details and be able to follow up the lead.
